Shipping Product is shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS directly from the product manufacturer. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday and should arrive within 7-10 days of order unless otherwise noted. Please allow additional shipping during holidays. UPS and FedEx do not ship to P.O Box so if possible please provide a physical address. Holiday’s may be longer and will be expressed in a separate section below. If you would like 2nd day or express shipping please send a request, we will do our best to have those options in the product details and will respond to all inquiries no longer than 24 hours after receipt. Shipping charges are calculated on the total value of your order. GroovyCoolToys.com reserves the right to amend the shipping charges at any time.
As product is shipped direct from the manufacturer you may receive multiple boxes per order. Complete order should arrive within the same shipping time of 7-10 business days. Holidays During Holidays (Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Easter and Christmas) please allow additional shipping time of up to 5 business days. Stock Status Our promise to you is to provide a pleasant shopping experience. What this means is you have our full commitment to keeping our stock status updated and current. Please note during Holiday’s or seasonal changes inventory can change quickly. If the item is backordered you will be notified within 48 hours and we will give you the customer the option to continue with the order or cancel with a full refund. All backordered items are shipped immediately as they become available. Lost or Stolen Packages Please confirm the shipping address before submitting your order. After orders have been placed the order information will be deemed complete and accurate. If you should find an error please send us an email immediately. We will do our best to correct the order before it ships. GroovyCoolToys.com cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to address inaccuracies
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy How to Return An Item
Products that have been marked as discontinued or used will not be accepted for return or exchange. Unless the product is damaged or defective all items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
We do gladly accept exchanges in the event you are unhappy with your order. Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours and will be subject to shipping charges. No restocking fee applies to exchanges.
Product Warranty & Liability At Groovy Cool Toys, we aim to provide superior quality products for our customers that are safe for your children. However, we cannot be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased from GroovyCoolToys.com. Any applicable warranty will be supplied directly by the product manufacturer. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by GroovyCoolToys.com.
